I have also noticed the drop in FPS. More strange (or maybe not to whom such things are well known) is that on CIDER i get 55-60 FPS but laggy/stringy gameplay but on WINE everything is smooth but FPS is capped at 30.

Since my last update in October I can say there has been no changes - no more freezes for me. I am sorry for the others though. However one question remains - how come EVE client runs way better on WINE than the original one? As for the settings...

Carier missions are very good and easy way to raise the standing. I am surprised :) Already raised by almost 1. And only 3 more to go till 0.0 standing. Not as bad as I thought, not at all. Quetz

The only thing that helped me was switching from CIDER to WINE. Every now and then I log on with official EVE launcher via CIDER, jus to see if the newest release solved anything. At the moment - nothing works better than WINE. Regards, Quetz
